Planning your photographs
How do I book?
Send your preferred date, session type, group size, and where you are staying. I’ll confirm availability and explain your options. Your date is reserved after we agree the booking arrangements.
Can you help us choose a location?
Yes. We discuss where you are staying, your family’s needs, and the photographs you would like. Access, permission, and any fees are confirmed before booking.
What should we wear?
Wear clothes you feel comfortable in. Coordinating colors work well without everyone wearing identical outfits. Plain fabrics keep the attention on your family. Choose footwear suited to the location.
What if my children are shy or restless?
Tell me their ages and what helps them feel comfortable. We plan around their needs where possible and use simple activities and family interaction during the session.
Do we need to know how to pose?
No. I guide you through portraits and suggest simple ways to interact together.
Can grandparents join?
Yes. Share the total number of people so we can discuss a suitable package and allow time for different family combinations.
Can we use our villa or resort?
We can discuss it. The property must approve professional photography, and we need to check whether the space suits your session.
Are couple sessions suitable for honeymoons or engagements?
Yes. Couple sessions can celebrate a honeymoon, anniversary, engagement, or a holiday together. Share your plans so we can discuss timing, surroundings, and the photographs you would like.
What happens if it rains?
We discuss weather arrangements before booking. Contact me if conditions change so we can review your agreed options.
When will we receive our photographs?
Your delivery schedule and method are confirmed in writing before booking.
How many photographs will we receive?
The number of edited photographs is confirmed with your chosen package before booking. Ask about additional photographs when you enquire.
Will you publish our photographs?
Please share your preferences about portfolio use when you enquire. We agree permission before any photographs are used publicly.
What if our travel plans change?
Contact me as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are provided before you reserve your session.
Do you provide unedited photographs?
Please ask about file delivery when you enquire. The agreed file formats and editing inclusions are recorded in your booking confirmation.
