Session scope and pricing

The agreed session details include the date, location, duration, participants, price, and photo inclusions. Travel, venue permissions, access charges, taxes, and any additional coverage should be identified in the quotation where applicable.

Payments

Any reservation payment, balance due date, payment method, and applicable charges must be stated in your written booking arrangements. This website does not set a standard deposit or payment deadline.

Changes, cancellations, and weather

Contact us promptly if your travel plans or session requirements change. Rescheduling, cancellation, refund, and weather arrangements must be explained before booking. We discuss available options if conditions affect the agreed session; no fixed refund or cancellation schedule is established by this draft.

Photograph selection and delivery

Your confirmation should specify the number of edited photographs, delivery format, delivery method, and expected timing. Ask about extra images, unedited files, or additional editing before booking so any inclusions can be recorded in writing.

Image use and publication

Personal or commercial image-use permissions should be agreed in writing. Share any restrictions on publishing your name, story, or photographs, including images of children. Portfolio and promotional use must be agreed separately; making an enquiry is not permission to publish your images.

Location access and safety

Professional photography may require permission from a villa, resort, or other venue. Discuss access and permissions before confirming a location. We consider safe movement and may need to adjust the setting or activity if conditions are unsuitable.
